Fundraising is essential for fueling a successful season for Wakefield Youth Football and Cheer because it helps cover the costs associated with equipment, uniforms, practice space, cheer music, and other essential needs.
The annual calendar raffle is a key part of this effort, offering participants 31 chances to win prizes, which creates excitement and encourages engagement. Each participant is required to sell a minimum of 10 calendars, ensuring everyone plays a role in supporting the program. The top sellers from football and cheer receive prizes, which motivates friendly competition and boosts overall participation.
In addition to the calendar raffle, we will be doing other fundraisers throughout the season. These events provide additional opportunities for families to contribute and ensure a great experience for the athletes and cheerleaders
